I bought a Triton enrich shower all wired up and plumbing done no water coming out

    If its bone dry without a drop of water then it's most likely to be a faulty solenoid. Unfortunately the Enrich is a UK model and has no warranty here in Ireland. Most likely you will need to return the shower to whoever you bought it from because Triton Ireland won't send an engineer to you for a UK model

    Was it fitted by someone who's fitted showers before? If not, they may have missed a step while commissioning the shower.

    Bit strange if they didn't demonstrate it working before they left.

    There's often a screw to be removed and a procedure to go through before the pump will go through for you.
