Ordering Statement for closed loan account

    Hi BOI,

    I use 365Banking for my business, I had a loan that was visible on my account and I stopped receiving paper statements. I paid off the loan and the account disappeared from my 365 profile but I need to get statements for 2021. I have the account number for the close loan account, is it possible to order copy statements? Thanks
