Problem with annual travel insurance payment

Hi Annually the AA have taken my policy payment at this time. I received an email to say ‘your annual policy payment was unsuccessful’. My bank details haven’t changed nor has my bank card (I think). Can you help?

I am sorry to hear this. Can I ask is this a direct debit payment? Or a card subscription payment?
