Recommend clubs for older lady

Hi. Wondering if anyone can recommend a brand for an older lady. She used to be 12 and has a decent swing, but she's struggling with both her irons and her driver. I think something lighter and maybe more flex in the shift. I was thinking of bringing her up to McGuirks to see what they have. Any other ideas or suggestions…

If she is struggling getting the ball airborne, look at Wilson Launch Pads.
Easy to hit, high Launch, come with even flow shaft, look at the driver too.
