Rental income - Separate accounts

I'm a sole trader and myself and my wife own a rental property. Each of the past 4 years since we started renting this property, the rental income has been included in my accounts. While the rental income is only €18.5k annually, am I right in thinking this should be treated as a separate set of accounts?

It's CASE V income which is totally separate to your sole trader income. This should be entered in the rental section of your form 11.
