Hi my HKC alarm is saying GSM fault and it's going off at all hours,I have disabled the GSM now but wondering is there any known fix before calling out alarm people thanks

If you are paying for the sim card then then you have a GSM for self monitoring.
Its all down to the coverage on the network you are using, moving the GSM would increase the signal if low.
You can also turn off the line monitor on the GSM in GSM options if this is something you want to do but doing this you will never know if sim has dropped off the network.
