    Are there any places in Dublin or Cork (or Ireland for that matter) that play decent 80's new romantic music (Spandau, Visage, Duran, etc) and fans can dress up and dance and hang out?


    We need more kilts, head bands, and pixie boots. Proper hairstyles.

    Forums, reddit, I can't think of a nightclub. that just plays 80s music, most want to attract young people who like whatever is in the charts, popular on tiktok, YouTube., theres 80s bands that still tour , do zoomers even know what a new romantic is? The only gay venue I know is the George, but I'm not an expert on nightclubs, venues,

    Try the cellar in the international any night of the week insofar as they encourage all types of alternative music performances etc.

    Avoid Rihanna and mod pop hellholes like the plague, so true funny how it seems.

    If you like a style of dressing or living don't look around to scratch your itch, be it and wear it. This is the next century, where the universe is free, oh how you like to sing along, even though the words are wrong.... mid eighties fashion is awesome, I see young student babes wearing 20 hole Dock Martens on the Bus in the morning. Albeit squeaky clean ones, Docks should be scuffed up to fook , like they never left the carpet all night....

    Don't forget you are Gold, always believe in your soul , you've got the power to know.... you're indestructible , ( cringefest , apols )
