Sorry if this has been asked before , I have virgin horizon HD box , certain prog's i have recorded will not delete . They just say " you have not recorded any prog yet " and it returns to live tv . At this stage I have about 8 prog that won't delete .

Try a factory reset and delete your recordings. Your code is probably 1234 or 0000 unless you changed it.

Yeah want to keep some of my recordings , it says u can save ur recordings so i'm thinking it won't work , was hoping for an easier way , will properly end up trying it doe. Thanks

Yes if you really want the 8 programs gone you will have to get rid off all recordings.
