Advertising short term rental property

I have been using air bnb and booking.com to advertise my short term rental property. I am looking at alternative avenues to advertise. I have created my own website for the property and i am close to a major staycation attraction so I am looking to run paid Google ads directly to my website. Are there any other avenues…

Are there any other avenues people use to get direct bookings to cut out the Airbnb middleman?

Unless you have planning permission or are outside an RPZ, it will soon be an offence to advertise a holiday home.
