    I am looking at booking house in the development which as per the schedule should be available by October 2022. Do you have any feedback on the same will it be delivered on time or will it go beyond November. I am just on time crunch with my bank & wanted time till December for draw dawn to required amount is approved. Any feedback will be very helpful

    What's the question?


    Do you want to delay closing of the purchase until December or are you concerned that the purchase won't happen until after December.


    A good solicitor will always be able to buy you an extra few weeks

    If loan approval is running out, its quite simple to get a short extension
