How do you track your profit / losses for your account

Hi I've been investing in stocks and crypto over the last few years. Some assets I did well, some I took a loss. I also have unrealized gains / losses. What is your system to keep track of everything? I'm not sure what I should be doing. Does anyone have a spreadsheet they use that they would kindly share.

I use Yahoo Finance to track mine. I use CoinGecko for crypto, and then just manually add its total to YF. Easy to keep track of gains/losses within each app. It's been a good year for tax loss harvesting.
