1800 92 74 76
Just say 'Bill' for first options it gives and say 'no' to all other options
If it still prompts to deal with issue via SMS, just say 'speak to agent'

The number mentioned above will work. The number you rang in the past would be 0818719819. Those 0818 numbers are now charged as a local call so should be free with most telephone packages.
