    I want to talk to them about my bill.

    The website gives this number - 03337594147

    Is there a number to call them from the ROI? I used an 0818 number in the past

    Call the free number:

    1800 92 74 76

    Just say 'Bill' for first options it gives and say 'no' to all other options

    If it still prompts to deal with issue via SMS, just say 'speak to agent'

    The number mentioned above will work. The number you rang in the past would be 0818719819. Those 0818 numbers are now charged as a local call so should be free with most telephone packages.
