Eh, no. It was a tongue in cheek comment in relation to my post in the other thread about women now being called a person with a cervix.

A man is an adult human, born with the XY sex chromosome, during puberty male sex hormones will cause secondary male sexual characteristics and he will be able to impregnate a woman. This assumes no medical/hormonal issues.
