He was incredible. In the sense that his performance was barely credible.

Unbelievable. In the sense that his performance was not believable.

    Fúcking immense!

Listening to Corcoran's incredible commentary, while getting volleyed around in a turbulent flight, wow, this is a memory that won't leave me. Where's the cabin crew, I need a drink. Lol

That's the only blot on the morning, we had to put up with Conor McNamara and Alan Quinlan on Sky.

Probably the best ever performance in an Irish Jersey by Tadhg Byrne.

Thrilled for POM in particular, he's been absolutely sensational this tour.

Unreal just unreal. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever dream of a series win in NZ.

My 7 year old thinks results against NZ are just a normal thing, the joys of youth 😂

Before the game despite insane confidence from some, I thought we'd lose.

Sexton kick on the bar and N-Z 3rd try, I thought we'd lose.

70th min and they were on our tryline, , I thought we'd lose.

    Never in doubt :D

Greatest day in Irish rugby history : away serie winner vs All-Blacks, top of the World ranking

    I can die happy.

I will subscribe to the NZ Herald to enjoy the aftermath.

What are they doing in the Hyacinth house?

I think the best part of the performance was not losing it when they had their purple patch. That’s where we would have lost this in the past.

Yeah, I don't think NZ currently have players of the quality of previous eras, but they absolutely still should be way better than they are under Foster. He's just not up to it, imo. What's the feeling, do you reckon he'll step down? If he doesn't, it's not going to be good for them come world cup time.

People retrospectively give out about our play under Schmidt, but his legacy is our discipline, commitment to hard work and accuracy, and I think Farrell has built on that to really bring us to the next level, and we really are in a good place, even with depth concerns in a few positions. And to be successful playing such a great brand of rugby is particularly satisfying. Long may it continue.

I think he's possibly the best 7 in the world atm.

What did Farrell mean when he said ireland won’t every win it again in New Zealand “knowing what we know is coming in the next few years”?

Unreal stuff. I really can not take this all in, I really can't....

Make something of your life, they say.

Go to school they say. Pass your exams they say. Go to college, get a degree, get a mortar board and parchment and hang it on the wall.

Get the keys to your first house, hang the parchment. Get white wedding, a wife, a sun kissed honeymoon. Get kids, get a big car, a golden retriever, see the kids make Junior Infants, go to college, have their grandkids, all the good things they say.

Make something of it all, make something of your life.

Bollocks. Bollocks to that. Bollocks to all of that. In fact, more than bollocks. F**k that. F**k all that, because today rugby outranks life.

Winning in rugby though, that's where it is really at. But to win a test series? Now that is were it really is at. But winning in New Zealand? Well that's the dream, the real dream, the real making something of life. And by Golly it feels good.

This one is for all of the deceased rugby players who have chased the oval ball and who dreamt of a rugby today, who dreamt of making something of it all.

Probably just that we don't have a three game tour of NZ scheduled again for a few years.

Aw Losty you’re bringing a tear to my eye!

Yeah I’d say so too but there are a few candidates. Beirne is a game changer though. So many big moments.

Wow well done Irish rugby. Great achievement. I was negative about Farrell when he took over but he has proven to be a great coach and built a terrific team.

Have New Zealand dipped a bit? Probably but it is still a historic achievement and another monkey off our backs. Next ceiling being a world cup semi final or even a final!

He's one of the best players full stop.

He's been doing this for well over 18 months. We have a hesitancy to under-rate our players in fear of over-rating them, but nobody can ignore Van Der Fliers form anymore.
