"Operational issues". What operational issues? You don't have enough drivers, enough busses, you ran out of paper in the ticket machines?
Apologising for "any inconvenience" isn't a lot of use to someone who has had their travel plans thrown into disarray by your inability to plan for "operational issues".

Have to agree. Just like the HSE Bus Eireann do as they please and are never held accountable for their actions.
