ref three feet away from watching a derry player pick it off the ground, then a Galway player receives a knee in the face deliberately but nothing from this ref.

Derry deciding 30 minutes left to only go for goals seems like a very poor decision. They look like headless chickens out there.

Derry have been moderately successful at stopping the natural Galway game, and it’s been an awful spectacle as a result. By far the better team.

I feel Derry dragged Galway down to their level in the first half. Bar the first 20 minutes Derry have been hopeless. An awful style of football.

There's a real sense of 'don't believe the hype' about Derry today...goals have dried up and they're no where. There's also an argument to review the hype around the ulster championship, perhaps not as good as widely believed.

Pathetic stuff from Derry and their keeper in particular. Such a soft goal to concede. The Derry keeper should stay back, he offers pretty much nothing in attack.
