Does Ireland have an equivalent to Clare’s law?

I’m not sure where to post this so feel free to move a different forum. This is probably a stupid question but is there an equivalent to Clare’s law in Ireland? I don’t think there is but I might have misunderstood things when I looked them up. Thanks.

There isn't. It was considered but the minister for justice decided that it wasn't required. A decision I still don't understand
