Basic cost of renovating an old house in Dublin

    Hi,

    I want to bid on a house but need to know what it will cost me to refurbish afterwards. It's a basic, three-bed 1950's house with garage which has had no love for decades. I reckon at least it will need rewiring, windows, plaster to ceilings upstairs, insulation, new bathroom, kitchen, etc ...

    Ideally, I would like to convert the garage and open up the back with sliding doors and demolish the wall between kitchen and dining also.

    Would anyone have an idea what something like this would cost please or where I could find out?
