Make invoice without vat number

Hello there,

I will start a collaboration as consultant this week and I will have to provide an invoice every 4 week. I never have any experience like that in Ireland and spoken with revenue office they told me I can use my pps number up to 5000 euro per year and if exceed I babe to register as self assessment.

My question is, can I make and release invoice using my pps number for the service provide? Do I just insert my details and the company details?
