Quick growing native tree

Hi all, looking for a quick growing native tree or hedge that will grow at least 3 meters fairly quick, heavy enough soil with poor drainage so I know my options are limited, prefer an evergreen but am open to options, many thanks

Alder. Like wet soil and should be fast growing. Not evergreen though. Scots pine is native and evergreen, not sure about the soil it likes.

Is this for a garden or a field, work area.??

It'll firm a bound in a working field so can grow with no hindrance or need to trim

I have a lot of alder set and was looking for an alternative, I'd go with it again but was looking for a bit of variety, I will look at Scots pine if it will suit

Perhaps a mix of Alder and Holly

Willows are another tree that like damp soil conditions. Got one with nice bright yellow stems in winter that is fast growing that would be my preferred type but there are lots of varieties.
