Smart Thermostat installer

Hi all I've puchased a smart theromostat and it needs to be wired directly into the boiller (there is no pre-existing thermostat to replace). Who do I need for this job - a plumber or an electrician? I can see a case for it being either! Thanks, D

If its a gas boiler, get in contact with a registered gas installer. They'll let you know your next move.
