What is this rubber part from the cistern called?

There is a small tear in this circular black rubber part which makes the cistern take a very long time to refill. Replacing just the rubber part with one from a working cistern fixes the issue. The cistern is one of the compact smaller ones. Can someone please tell me what this part is called and where would be a good…

Its a diaphragm. Most hardware shops should have them, woodies, b&q etc.
Few different kinds just bring the one you have along when getting replacement.
