Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A young farmer who has just completed the Green Cert and inherited 10 HA , 8 entitlements and 20 sheep plus herd number , has failed to get any land to rent that is eligible for National Reserve. Her planner has told her that the rental price is prohibitive. Is this year her only opportunity to benefit from NR or can she withdraw her application and re apply next year ? Thanks

If she has applied to national reserve this year and has 10 Ha with 8 entitlements already then the most she will get is 2 entitlements. Probably not worth it as it will exclude her from applying again if she get additional eligible lands in the years ahead. Ring Portlaoise and see will they allow you withdraw the application.
