Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, so I am looking for a project. I have owned two houses and on both significant time renovating etc to get up to standard. The latest one is almost finished and after watching "The Great House Revival" the other evening I would love a large project like the couple took on in the mill house. I remember years ago when doing my time as a carpenter/brickie we done a similar project in North west except on a lot smaller scale.

Just wondering if anyone aware of similar projects dotted around Ireland? if any, or are they really snapped up at this stage.

I just don't like a new build, it's not for me and I prefer to buy the ugly duckling and see what I can do with it My first house I spent 12 years on the project, this one I am now 6 years into it

I do expect others are probably looking for the same but said I would ask....even smaller scale with potential would be interesting

Location wise is probably within reach of Dublin but I work remote so if we found the right thing we could probably up sticks and move as kids are still very young
