Any equivalent of eTenders for private sector?

As per the title I've been searching for a site where private companies upload RFPs and I can respond to them. The Govt tenders are too big for me and take too long to process. Anything similar for SME to SME?

I doubt it, there's little incentive for private sector businesses to load to something like that: there's no legal requirement like there is for state-agencies, and most SMEs would prefer 2-3 quotes from trusted, recommended suppliers, than dozens mostly from people they've never heard of.

My experience of etenders is very poor. I avoid if at all possible, preferring just to give a quotation with a six month limit.

Etenders require far too much paperwork and competing against suppliers who often don't have a clue. Then you have some random civil servant who often knows little of the subject, judging the tenders and awarding marks. The system suits for the supply of toilet rolls and the like but not for relatively specialised services.
