Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Starting in familiar territory heading out of Sanremo the profile suggests a sprint finish but that early climb is a toughie (10km at 6.8%). Expect the sprinters to get dropped but which of the teams can successfully drag their fast man back to the head of the race? FDJ and Demare have already shown they can do it so no surprises to see he is a favourite. Whether Cavendish can join in is more in doubt. There is also a possibility that when the dust settles over the climb there is a well organised group at the front that can keep the sprinters at bay.

    Betting

    Arnaud Demare 4/1

    Fernando Gaviria 5/1

    Matthieu Van Der Poel 11/2

    Alberto Dainese 7/1

    Mark Cavendish 8/1

    Mauro Schmid 16/1
