It's been in the same pot for a good few years, not exactly thriving as you can see. Any advice appreciated!

Yellow leaves is a sign that it needs a feed.
I find Rooster Green very good.

Re-pot, feed. Repot in a John Innes compost, or a mix of compost and good soil. May be too late.
