Hi,

I've tried looking for an answer and set on hold with RTB for an hour. If I registered a tenancy last June for 90 euro (which at the time lasted 3 years) do I need to pay 40 euro this June to re-register it as we need to do it annually now.

Yep, you’ll have to give them another 40 euro this June on the anniversary of the lease starting. They might look for flowers and chocolates next year 😂

daylight robbery is what it is. Its the same tenancy so basically 9 months into a 3 or 4 year contract they decide to change the rules.

Yip. Part IV is 6 years now so it will be up to 290 for the one tenancy period now rather than 90 for the entire tenancy. But if you started a tenancy this week it would be 240 so in theory, you’re in credit of 50 quid.

the old RTB site was a nightmare , the new one which was launched circa last November is even worse
