221 vs 222 trade in

Hi All Thinking of buying new car - I know its prob been asked before (but can't find it) but is it worth waiting another 7 weeks to get a 222 reg. Alterantively I was thinking of getting a pre reg then ie get a 221 but wait till July in hopes of a bit of a discount. Any thoughts?

Have you checked out the availability of the model, spec that you want?
There can be a long lead in time in the current market.

I'm going to buy whatever they have in stock - not too bothered about colour etc...
