    celebrity hypocrites,,

Green this , green that - "sustainability"

likes of McGregor off trainspotting - shilling for coin off the back of poor Africans..

if there's too many people in the world, strain on resources etc, then leave the Africans to their own devices,, would cut down on 'emissions' anyroad

tis racist too,, like saying "them savages can't look after themselves"

RTE choosing the Irish Eurovision entry. I'm beginning to think the Father Ted, My Lovely Horse episode is closer to the truth than most people think.

"two mediocre semi talented singers who wouldn't have got a look in 30 years back"

There was a period in the early '90s when Garth Brooks was selling around a million albums a week!

I think Ireland hating west brits should be brought to an end.

I think the Spice Bag superceded Curry Chips in modern times.

Each generation learning from the past and developing more complex and sophisticated systems.

We stand on the shoulders of giants.

And I love them both. Curry spiced bag is awesome too.

Whereas I never got the whole curry coleslaw or curry cheese chips some places do, and the joy that drunk people have over em.

People crying anxiety but doing absolutely nothing to resolve the things in their life. When said things are related to social media/phone usage, F'ed sleep pattern. My biggest annoyance about it is an incapacity to handle literally the smallest of tasks like calling someone. If you can't control yourself under the smallest of expectations/pressures god love you when an actual crisis comes long.

That f**king advert with the Electric Light Orchestra track that seems to be on every single two f**king minutes when I'm near any Irish television channel

Our chronic speed culture. Speeding is endemic on Irish roads.

    And deported immediately if bogus.

Direct provision should be a room in a shared dormitory with food and medical care. Ankle monitors and back in at the end of the day.

No right to work or drive or avail of state services.

If they genuinely are fleeing a bad situation they should be grateful.

    Direct provision.

People who would have seen Irish emigrants locked up in dorms in Liverpool or Ellis Island oh wait now they were Irish so they were clearly grand, how dare you compare the two, no I'm not racist, bud.

That ad for Meta "smart" glasses that's just a camera on your glasses.

That ad for the building society where the female jogger spots the house she wants to buy and is clearly doing the estate agent and the boyfriend either doesn't know, or, just maybe, he gets to sit in the corner sometimes, watching them.

Cycling on footpaths around cars parked on footpaths.

The huge amount of R'n'B and grime that Spotify sticks on my New Music Friday playlist - how can the algorithm that's so good for Discover Weekly on Mondays be so bad for New Music Friday?!

People writing big lists of things on threads like this.

Cookies, or at least cookie popups that don't just have a 'Reject all' button right there!

Work weeks with more than four days in them.

Top ten lists that only have nine things on them.

    Made you count them, though...

Lack of objectivity when it comes to certain moderators on Boards. It'll be the sites downfall, too many left leaning mods who have too much power.
