how long does it takes the ownership to be charged

just bought a car privately, the car was finance, we deal withe the seller to pay the finance and the rest in cash.. ive fill the logbook out and signed both, we clear out the finance and she brought the logbook to the post on the same day. is being 8 days and haven’t received the new ownership yet
