    Hi all,

    Currently purchasing (no chain involved on either side) and hoping to go sale agreed in next few days. I'm unsure of the process after that - what are the next steps? I have a general idea (hire solicitors, get formal mortgage approval, get survey) but unsure of what needs to be done first etc..any and all help appreciated!
