If you haven't paid for allocated seats you can't check in until 48 hours before the flight. So that might explain blank bps.

But the boarding pass is on the app?

I have been charged. I've also tried downloading on numerous devices and still no joy. What's ryan air live chat like?

Can you just screenshot the app BPS and print from there or email the screenshot and print them from email.

edit. I’ve printed them directly from the app and didn’t have an issue.

You don't actually need hard copies though. Can't remember the last time I used a printed boarding pass with any airline

Just screen shot your boarding cards to have as a back up if you cant log on to the site on day of travel, but you should not have an issue. screen shot and print if you want as was said already
