    How do I complete my public-facing profile?

    It's really annoying, it pops up every time I turn on my PS4 asking me to complete my public-facing profile.

    Where is my public facing profile? How do I complete it?

    What questions are involved?

    It doesn't explain it anywhere.

    Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Communication Preferences

    The same two checkboxes are there. I set them, and it hasn't asked again.

    Sorry yes that was the problem.

    A couple of days ago I ticked the 2 boxes and that fixed it. I even asked Sony about it on twitter and they wouldn't give me a straight answer and directed me to privacy settings which is bs. I told them on twitter that I fixed it myself and why didn't they just say to tick the 2 boxes. Sony support on Twitter are useless as far as I'm concerned.

    Anyway thanks, you were correct that's the solution.
