Dublin airport parking

Hi all,

In the past I have always used quickpark but this is now gone.

For 4 days I can book the red carpark for €55 while the blue carpark and the Clayton are both €40. I've heard it can actually be tricky to find a spot at the Clayton at times.

Which option would people say is best?

Personally I would choose the blue car park, I used this recently and had not issues, it takes about 10/15mins to get around to T1/2, but i'm sure you can add a few more minutes if traveling in peak trafic but I have never had any issuse, save a few quid on you parking and have a coffee in the airport instead.

Drive to Red Cow LUAS. €20 for a week's parking.

Dublin Coach €10 return to the Airport. Takes 15 - 20 minutes on the bus.

Have generally parked in DAA red car park over the years with Quickpark as a secondary option

Not buying into the demand based pricing & Quickpark being shut bull..... It's DAA gouging

Will not, under any circumstances, be paying the asking price for parking this year

Thankfully we're within a reasonable distance of the airport which makes taxis feasible

Unfortunately for a lot of people taxis are not an option and DAA know it

I wonder is there a "business model " for People who live within 10k of the airport

You arrange paring in driveway or outside house of above, you reimburse them a reasonable fee

Taxi from there to Airport

I live in D15 and we've had people parking in our estate and getting taxis to the airport for years now. Works out expensive when they're clamped 😉

Just came across an ad on Facebook for ipairc.ie parking from e4 a day in swords centre. You have to get to airport and back yourself...

Just used this code and at least it took the sting out of it. Late flight in on our return and driving to Waterford so no choice but to use one of the DAA carparks... 😡

It’s direct from Red Cow Luas to the airport. Goes straight around the M50.

Be careful - somebody tried to cut the catalytic converter off my jeep when I parked there - and that was during the middle of the day.

Beware this is just the pavilions shopping centre car park, and it is closed to entry and exit at night. The car would be very alone at night too. You have to get public bus from swords main street which is not specific airport service and may go around the world a bit.

I am not saying totally avoid, but check your flight times and allow plenty of time for bus and then queues at security.

Definitely shop around for pricing and book well in advance as prices can increase closer to date of flight.

I wonder why someone does not reopen quickpark, I suspect it was a money maker.
