Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Doing the same. You need to get a mortgage approved to 70% plus of the value of the house.

For me I started the house before I had my mortgage approved, had a bit saved. I had the site valued with the blocks up. The bank will supply this for a fee. Just key to get the mortgage approved amount 70% + of the value of the finished house.
The amount is up to 30K , depending on value of house up to 10%, or total of last 4 years tax paid (not USC). Between u and partner. Which ever is less. The value of your house can't be more than 500k either.

Also u and a partner if u have one can't have taken a mortgage out on a house previously
