I've an early flight from Dublin Airport next week, and will be getting a bus there which arrives in the middle of the night. If I've no bag to check in, and I've the boarding pass printed, can i go through security in the middle of the night when it's quiet rather than waiting for morning mayhem?

Or does security close for a while at night? And if so, does anyone know what times?

    thanks in advance

Ive gone through security about 3.30/4.00 previously, a lot of flights leave between 6-7 so I think they’re geared up to cater for that.

Terminal 1 security used to close for a few hours before (~00:00 to 03:30) but is now open 24 hours.

Security in Terminal 1 is now open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and Security in Terminal 2 from 04.00.

Brilliant - thank you! Am thinking going through, even hours earlier, and hoping to catch a little sleep the other side might be easiest
