Film about OCD serial killer force feeding lasagne & custard?

Hi horror fans! Whatsapp group currently going crazy trying to remember the name of this film/any other details about it. We watched it about 12-15 years ago , the only details anyone can remember is that there was a kidnapper / killer who force fed his victim lasagne and also custard. It was super graphic , he also vigorously washed his hands til they bled... think the title was one word, and not obvious from the content. It's not Feed, or suffragettes or any of the ones google can suggest! Really appreciate your help to settle this ongoing debate if anyone has seen it? Thanks!!

It sounds like the "Gluttony" murder in Seven to be honest (it was spaghetti).

The montage at the beginning shows the killer taking off his fingertips.

Mightn't be it at all, but it's the first thing that comes to mind.

I think the movie you are thinking of is the british made movie "Alone"

I tried to search it too a while back, and then suddenly remember the plot. Used to think it was a computer game, that could be played as a fictional serial killer, and then the murders would actually happen. That lead me astray...

Not giving away the movie, since it's a real treat for physiological thriller/horror lovers.. It's about a stalker-ish killer.

The scene with the rough, very rough, feeding of pudding/custard really stuck with me as well. Some nasty stuff.. even just for acting. Thumbs up to the female there..
