Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

One-Stop-Shops (for home energy efficiency upgrades) support additional extension work also?

    Hi,

we're looking to do a bunch of work on our house to improve insulation, heating system, etc. At the same time, we're also looking to add a rear extension (within the 40sq m limit, etc.).

Can the so-called 'one-stop shops' for home energy upgrades also arrange additional extension work, or do I need to talk to a separate contractor this?

    Thanks in advance.....

Unfortunately, at the moment, you may need separate contractors. Messy!

Therefore retain a Builder recommended by Construction Professional.

Visit previous work by the Builder and call back to the client after the builder is gone and ask them about working with the Builder.

Ensure you retain a Construction Professional to liaise between you and the Builder.
