First Fix to Completion Timeframe

    Just looking for rough ideas of timeframes...

    If a new build will start First Fix next Monday, how long should it take to get from first fix to turnkey?

    My in-laws are buying a new build and there seems to be some confusion about dates, and I'm just wondering if their builders timeframe is realistic...

    Its a 4/5 bed, semi d, block house, with underfloor heating and air2water system
