Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Had pretty amazing sex with a guy on Saturday night but my bum is still sore. Going number 2 hasn’t been the most comfortable and I’m not constipated.

    Is rbis normal or if it’s not how do I avoid in future.

    If you can douche with a proper shower kit that you can get from Amazon . After douching there may be some excrement coming out with the water. When having anal use some lube and gently insert some fingers inside yourself, one at a time and work your way around the rim and slowly inside. Be gentle and dont push. This opens up the entrance gently but by adding more lube it will loosen you up on the inside. If you can get someone to rim you before hand but this is very intimate for some, it can do just as good a job. Then finally find a nice position you are comfotable with. I like on my bag and legs over their shoulder.

    You can get a kit off Ebay or Amazon. Attaches on to the shower hose after you unscrew the shower head.Blokes get upset by bodily fluids but its part and parcel of anal. Douching on a continual basis upsets the flora and fauna up the rectum and the gut.
