My bank of Ireland ATM card expires this month as I am living abroad how can I receive the card earl

Call them, they may issue it early. Plan B would be say existing is lost but problem then is existing will be disabled while you wait for replacement.

Where do you live? I'm in Germany and AIB just send out the new one a few weeks before the expiry date of the old one as normal. Just make sure they have your current address on file.
