System notices hidden by navigation breadcrumbs

As the title says, any system notices are hidden by the navigation breadcrumbs and there isn't anyway to see the text or to close the notice. It isn't related to the screen size - occurs on both 24" and 27" monitors. And it isn't just in a new discussion page - also occurs on the regular forum pages This has been ongoing…

This has been ongoing for months - are there any plans to fix this?

Is this the old bug caused by it not rendering correctly when the ads don't show? Try it without an ad blocker and see if it works then.
