Current Weather Conditions - March 2022

8°, breezy and overcast in Trim, Meath. Dry here but looks it'll get progressively damper as I near Dublin in the next hour or so.

Filthy day in Loughlinstown, constant drizzle/light rain. 8.8mm since midnight, slight breeze now and 8.8C. yuck.

6.0c here outside Newport, Mayo. It's been windy all day but now the gusts are getting stronger.

Wet snow in Clonmel. 1.5C.

Update: proper snow now and starting to stick to cars and settle in the grass

Snow belting down here, just west of Fermoy. Not sticking to the road but grass, rooftops, cars, etc. are getting a good covering.

Temp has dropped from 10c to less than 3c in last half hour, Waterford City.

Snowing in north Waterford - about half way between Clonmel and Waterford city- and settling.

Yeah, about 1cm on the ground near Clonmel where I am (not up the mountains, close to sea level). Heavy rain this morning turned to sleet, then to snow, and it's been snowing persistently for the past three hours, and only really started to stick to the ground in the past hour. Very surprised to see it.
