I have a 08 nissan tiida 1.5 disel for 3 years the clutch pedal has always been heavy to push down to to change gear but last year the slave clutch cylinder went in it I fitted a new one but the pedal was still hard to push down and about 3 months later it started leaking clutch fluid but not to bad and for the last few weeks I've had to top it up every day so I tuck it apart and the clutch slave cylinder had burst inside the bell housing I've ordered a new one from nissan and I'm going to collect it today but worried if I fit it with the heavy pedal issue still there that it won't last either dose anyone know what can be causing the heavy pedal issue please help

Pressure plate is gone hard. It takes too much force to press & destroys the cylinders.

You need a new clutch unfortunately, the friction plate has worn down so low you've lost the off centre pop effect putting excess pressure on the slave cylinder. Toyota's are notorious for it, it feels like there's a tennis ball under the pedal.
