    Not seeing the consumer issue?

Ask them is the price correct, if they say yes then shop somewhere else thats cheaper.

I use to deal in a few hardway shops ,the difference in price in similar products was mind boggling .If you went building a house ,you would easily cut the cost big time on materials if you priced enough of bits individually but very time consumming

where should I have posted so in the "Rip off ireland" category

is a shop not charging about 40% more than others for the same product not a consumer issue?

Too late to be whingeing AFTER you bought the product. A company is entitled to charge what they like. Up to the customer to do their homework. No consumer issue here.

Yes they are entitled to charge what they want and I am entitled to call them out for it when they do so get lost with the "whingeing" crap
