Requesting a different tester after getting the same one 3 times.

Can I put in a complaint with the RSA to do this? I've had the same tester 3 times in a row in a large Dublin-based test centre with quite a few active testers working there, and each time a fail. Not by much, but a couple of grade 2s over each time, and looking at the report sheet, some of the grade 2s are things that I'm not sure I agree with, especially the second time out. Of course, I would say that, but I would just like a different tester one time in order just to allay my doubts. He's pretty curt, and is pretty vague in terms of feedback as well. Furthermore, my driving instructor told me that in his time of doing the job, he can't remember a time a student got the same guy three times in a row in this large test centre.

Maybe getting the same guy three times in a row isn't unusual at all, but I just wanted to ask the question about it.
