ESB Networks consultation on 'transforming' the electricity network

I notice an ad from ESB networks telling us about a consultation process to 'transform' the electricity network, it might be of interest to those here considering how reliant micro generators are on them.

I don't know how to coherently submit to one of these consultations but perhaps someone could write up a template hitting the key points that the rest of us could use? 👍️

Considering that after last consultation about microgeneration, they basically told all the responders to shove it with their opinions, I'm not terribly enthusiastic about this one

But I'll take a gander next week, for massochisms sake
