Has anybody had any experience of buying from Lenovo.com/ie? I'm thinking of buying a desktop from them but they have horrible Trustpilot reviews. I don't think I have ever seen such bad reviews for a company. TIA.

I bought my current laptop from them in 2020 with no issues.

I bought a laptop from them that arrived DOA. Followed all their troubleshooting advice - nope - it was a brick. Took about 6 weeks of nonsense back and forth to finally ship it back and get a full refund.

Did they offer you a replacement laptop? I have a Lenovo desktop and 2 Laptops on the go, all are pretty much bullet proof but approaching 10 years old. I need to replace the desktop first, but then I saw the Trustpilot reviews?????😱

Didn't offer a replacement cos the model I ordered was out of stock ... suggested a refund and reorder something else. Wasn't impressed. Which is a pity because I use Lenovo's all the time in work and they are usually very reliable, but own experience dealing with them left a bad taste in my mouth.
